I’m An Accredited Practising Dietitian and Lived Experience Advocate.

I strive to consider the complexities of each persons’ experience within my practice, and do not subscribe to one specific treatment approach - instead drawing from a combination of many different areas including:

  • The Fat Liberation movement

  • Trans-affirming and Neurodiversity-affirming practice

  • Intuitive Eating principles

  • The Non-Diet Approach

  • Mindfulness practices

  • My own lived experience, and the lived experience of the clients I have the privilege of working with

I work with a strong focus on collaboration and holding space for people to be heard. I recognise that there is no one-size-fits-all approach, and instead focus on providing a non-judgemental space to work towards meaningful change.

As a person, I value authenticity, compassion, humour, creativity and justice, and these inform how I show up in my work. Outside of work, I enjoy crafts, live music, video games, spending time in the dog park and connecting with community.
