I’m An Accredited Practising Dietitian and Lived Experience Advocate.

I strive to consider the complexities of each persons’ experience within my practice. Rather than relying on a single treatment method, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including:

  • The Fat Liberation movement

  • Trans-affirming and Neurodiversity-affirming practice

  • Adapted Intuitive Eating principles and Non-Diet Approach

  • Mindfulness practices

  • My own lived experience, and the lived experience of the clients I have the privilege of working with

I prioritise collaboration and creating a space where people feel truly heard. I understand that there's no one-size-fits-all approach, and aim to offer a non-judgemental environment to support meaningful, individualised change.

I’m guided by values of authenticity, compassion, humour, creativity, and justice. Outside of work, my interests include Pokemon, crafts, music, video games, spending time with my dog and connecting with community.
